Messina Shoe Repair exercises great care in processing of your shoes, heels and boots; we use the processes that, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each pair of shoes, heels or boots we receive.

Our Guarantee

We guarantee all of our work, however in rare occasions the complete removal of some stains from some materials is not guaranteed and in some cases items we receive may be beyond repair, in which case we will give you a complete refund of charges. If something is wrong or a customer is dissatisfied, we take great care of it free of charge.

All efforts will be made to ensure that your repair requests are completed perfectly. Contact us at 817-481-2721 anytime you have questions or concerns about your repair. Please inspect all articles upon receipt. All repairs are guaranteed for a period of ninety (90) days (excluding zipper and cleanings). Our liability with respect to any loss or damage to an article shall not exceed 10 times our charge for processing it.

It is not always possible to return an item to original factory condition. Certain hardware and materials are proprietary to the original brand and are not available for use in our repairs. However, it is always our goal to return items in their best possible condition. This may mean substituting hardware and materials of a similar aesthetic and quality.

We may need to contact you regarding your order. If you are unavailable by phone or email, if we are unable to contact you for a period of no more than 15 working days we reserve the right to make repair-based decisions based on our recommendations.

We reserve the right to refuse services to any customer or reject any article. All items are photographed prior to any cleaning/restoration process taking place to ensure a benchmark for repair standards.

We reserve the right to amend the Repair Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Please check them prior to submitting each repair request.

THE SERVICES PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE OUR WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. WITH RESPECT TO OUR SERVICES, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE FOREGOING EXCLUSIONS OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES DO NOT APPLY TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW. PLEASE REFER TO YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY SUCH PROHIBITIONS.

Shipping

Shipping and repairs are all subject to our Site Terms and Conditions and the applicable How It Works/FAQ’s. Privacy of your information is as set forth in our Privacy Notice. Please insure your articles upon shipping them to us. We cannot assume responsibility for risk of loss or damage while in transit to our shop.

We will ship your articles to you free of charge and insured with tracking services provided through UPS our selected shipping service provider.
